For the Time Crunched Cyclist - Workout!

Many of us working folks will inevitably be faced with the crunch to put a few pedal strokes down with limited time available, especially those who are home late in the evening. Today, presenting the Zwift workout named "Sevens" that will only take 30 minutes and provide a good form of maintenance. In this classic HIIT-style workout, we'll do 2 sets of 7, 30 seconds hard intervals, with 30 seconds of rest between. Sounds straightforward right?


I did this workout late in the evening and found it to be beneficial for my time constraint situation. I could hit the high intensity efforts and still be done efficiently (not easily!) in that 30 minutes spent on it. This is one of the many Zwift workouts that can be done in 30 minutes or less.
