Ascenders Team [AsC 3.0] Ride

[AsC 3.0] is borne from the ashes of ZSG90 ride which morphed from a 90 minutes event for riders solely on 3.0w/kg average to a split categories between B (2.8w/kg to 3.2w/kg) and C (2.5w/kg to 2.8 w/kg) levels on specific laps of a particular Zwift Route, currently Watopia Waistband thrice.

The event is scheduled to roll every week at 7am (UTC+8 Hours) on Sundays ever since 5th March 2017 and continued to grow from strength to strength.

The ethos of this group has never changed since its inception - friendship, teamwork, respect - which have remained the pillars of the training/social ride. The attendance has always fluctuated according to the seasons of the riders' geographic location. However, the core group of riders have never went away and Ascenders Team is ever thankful of their continued support.

With a strong presence of Australian, New Zealanders, Japanese, Taiwanese, Filipinos, Malaysians and of course Singapore, the timing has served these nationalities suitably well. Yet, we still have a mix of US, Canadians and some Europeans making the effort to join us despite their time differences which could be late into their evenings. This helped us achieve a diversed mix and made the conversations interesting while we keep the pace steady high throughout.

With a strong history behind this event, Ascenders Team hope more riders will consider joining in and be part of the ride success and improve their cycling capabilities. Still wondering how the ride is like? Here is the video of the "C" Group Ride which is the entry level for participants before they progress on to the "B" Group.
