For more than a year, I have led a Sunday morning cycling group on a e-sports platform called ZWIFT.
So what is Zwift? To answer that, do visit www.zwift.com for full details. I have been a beta tester in 2014 converted to a full paying subscriber.
It is one of the best virtual training/rehabilitation/social cycling platform with a global audience.
Whether I am on the streets of London, Richmond, VI or a fictitous island called Watopia, there will always be someone I can ride with 24/7 daily.

My event, ZSG90 is borne of my idea to create a weekly social ride for like-minded cyclists. What can be expected is 90 minutes of steady paced spinning with a good number of social chats/banters/jokes thrown in to help time pass better.
The other objective of my event is to help less experienced riders improve to a better level to become more competitive in virtual races (or in real life)
Here is how a typical ZSG90 Ride goes on Sunday mornings:
This is my way of giving back to the sport as I have received helped from many benefactors as a novice.
I look forward to see more cyclists and health enthusiasts join me on Sundays. 😊
