So what is this about? ZSG90 Sunday p/b Ascenders Team is a ZWIFT based Sub 3.0 steady Group Ride where teamwork and consistency are key factors we emphasize on. The ride is designed to help increasing muscular endurance and strength while riding as a group with the Ride Leader.
